Our daily routines
At a quarter past seven the alarm clock rings, Mortimer barks and Axel wakes up. He gets up, goes to the bathroom, brushes his teeth and washes his face.
Axel
and Mortimer have breakfast in the kitchen. Axel has tea and toast and Mortimer
has water and biscuits. At a quarter to eight Axel goes to school. Mortimer
stays at home. He makes Axel’s bed and tidies his room. Axel’s a lucky boy. Axel
is a good student. After school, he does his homework and he doesn’t watch TV. Sophie
is lazy. She watches TV and she doesn’t do her homework. Vanessa is lazy, too.
She doesn’t tidy Sophie’s room.
After
dinner, Axel plays with Mortimer. Then he goes to bed, tired but happy.

dinner, Sophie is tired, too. But she can’t go to bed. First, she does her
homework and tidies her room.
